Delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

4. How can I track my order?

You will receive SMS or email tracking updates once your parcel is shipped.

5. Do you accept returns?

Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened products or if the wrong/damaged item is delivered. Due to hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, Skin By N Cosmetics ships anywhere in South Africa.
